They have great benefits. They pay 100% of your health dental condition. The company parties have great crew. The manufacturing facility itself is very clean and state-of-the-art
My supervisor was female and would flirt and generally flaunt herself to any man or boy that would look in her direction. Everyone would say oh it's because she's French. French people are like that. Inappropriate behavior is inappropriate behavior
Witnessing my supervisor bending over in front of me everyday was a great perk.
The leadership team at the manufacturing facility in Smyrna was mostly made up of good ol boys. As far as the CEOs concerned Gaston Glock that passed away and I never knew him personally

I was hired as a temp. The temp agency told me to lie on my resume about my Manufacturing background. I got in the door one year later I was hired on after learning on the job.
I'm not sure how it compares to the industry average I haven't been employed at that many manufacturing facilities to compare
The representation of the company is overdone. The hiring is mostly due to your diversity and ethnic background. Not because of your skills or experience. Which makes the company weaker in my opinion
Break time was a great joyful experience. The rest of the time going from machine to machine in a repetitive manner is not for everyone
