The Samples Assistant will be responsible for the prepping and organization of merchandise for the daily shoots, based on volume needs. Flexibility in hours during peak periods will be required. Preparation primarily involves steaming and ironing samples. * Maintain an organized system of sorting samples by size or specialty type for studio. * Accurately enter data into studio tracking tools * Provide support for entering product descriptions, including measurements, content, and care details. * Team with Assistant Stylists, Stylists, Sample Coordinators, and Producers to ensure efficient workflow. * Maintain and organize the styling area and supplies. * Ensure adherence of company and studio policies.
