Incorporate brand guidelines into all design work to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
Creation of Sales Collateral:
Design and produce sales collateral, including product presentations, sales brochures, flyers, product introduction sheets, and other trade show materials to support sales pitches, client meetings, and other sales-related events.
Develop visually compelling infographics and charts to illustrate key sales data and trends.
Work with the product development team to translate complex information into easily understandable visuals.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and design innovations.
Incorporate market insights into graphic design to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
Visit local stores and national trade shows as needed.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
Proven 1-5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in developing retail packaging, sales, and marketing collateral.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or other relevant digital tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, pattern development, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly those related to sales and marketing.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members in the States and China.
Detail-oriented, organized team player with a positive work ethic.
Plus:
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
Experience in a furniture/home/lifestyle company is a plus.
