program. JOB PURPOSE We are hiring a Graphic Designer to support our Marketing and Sales team. This role will be responsible for crafting visual content that effectively communicates our brand message. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop design assets for various channels, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence for e2Companies across touchpoints. RESPONSIBILITES
Develop and design visual materials for marketing materials, websites, social media, sales presentations and other platforms.
Leverage e2 Brand Foundations to ensure consistency in design and uphold brand guidelines across all communication channels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, technologies and platforms and incorporate them into design practices.
Create and manage design templates across platforms (PPT, Word, Adobe, etc.) to streamline the production of marketing materials
Present design solutions to leadership and incorporate feedback in real-time to optimize these deliverables.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in communication design, preferably within a marketing or digital media environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and brand communication.
Experience working across both Microsoft and Abobe Creative Cloud platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to work out of the Bonita Springs headquarters office
Must comply with all site-specific safety, security, and training requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to drive high-impact design across a variety of channels and touchpoints
