Your Qualifications
Hands-on designer and storyteller with a strong visual eye and a passion for crafting compelling narratives.
Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas into clear, powerful visual and verbal messages.
Flexible and thoughtful; able to view challenges from multiple perspectives and adapt designs accordingly.
Collaborative partner who values feedback, iteration, and collective design excellence over ego.
Strong time management skills; able to prioritize executive deliverables while managing parallel team projects.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), PowerPoint/Keynote, and MS Office.
Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design a plus.
2-8 years of relevant experience.

**The estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, with final compensation contingent on relevant experience.
