Only 6 holidays, horrible management, favorites, low pay

What do you like best about Graystone Eye's CEO and the leadership team?

The leadership team is one of the worst I have ever seen. The Chief Officers are a click and gossip about everything and everyone. They are never held accountable.

How would you improve Graystone Eye's culture?

Be more inclusive, actually listen to employees

How does your compensation at Graystone Eye compare to the industry average?

Low, there pay makes no sense, I found out a clinician was making more than me and I had more experience and have been there longer
