to assist with multiple pop-up events that occur on roughly a weekly basis around Boston's best breweries.
In this role, you will own the preparation of the most delicious Polish street food. This includes preparing large batches of a variety of handmade pierogi, sausages, and everything in between. You'll be responsible for consistency in your approach both in preparation and at multiple event locations. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time, seasonal employment at fun events around the Boston metro.

You'll learn the entire process of making our products from scratch, using locally sourced ingredients from start to finish. The majority of your attention and detail would be spent on preparation - the phase where most of the flavor is captured.
You'll prepare the pierogi dough, the fillings, composition, and preservation in addition to grinding & stuffing kielbasa/sausages.
You'll improve upon your speed and finesse as your master several culinary techniques.
You'll be one of our brand ambassadors - speaking to the ingredients, techniques, and culture behind our food - at events with hundreds of customers while cooking on-site
