Work Location: Springfield, MA location, in-home visits and Potential Hybrid (varies based on branch need) Compensation: $85-90k base salary, plus bonus potential (up to 10% of salary based on branch performance), on call pay, cell phone and mileage reimbursement. Up to 80 hours of vacation accrual in the first year, 48 hours of sick time accrual, 1 8-hour fun day and 1 8-hour inclusion day. Vacation hours accrual will increase to 120 hours of vacation after 1st year.
