Mr. Pinkham joined Regal Beloit Corporation on April 1, 2019, as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pinkham was Senior Vice President of Crane Co. from 2016-2019. Prior thereto he served in other leadership roles at Crane Co. from 2012-2016. Prior to joining Crane Co., Mr. Pinkham was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Critical Power Solutions Division, Electrical Group at Eaton Corporation plc. From 2000-2012, he held successive and increasing roles of global responsibility at Eaton. Prior to joining Eaton, Mr. Pinkham held an Engineering and Quality Manager position at ITT Sherotec and a Process Design Engineer position with Molecular Biosystems, Inc. Mr. Pinkham has a B.S. in Engineering from Duke University, an M.S. in Engineering Management from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Age 49. President and Chief Executive Officer of The Timken Company (a manufacturer of bearings, transmissions, gearboxes, motors, lubrication systems and chain), North Canton, Ohio, since 2014. Formerly Chief Operating Officer of Bearings and Power Transmissions Group 2013-14. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Purdue (Ind.) University and an MBA from Northwestern (Ill.) University. Prior to joining Timken in 2006, Mr. Kyle held management positions with Cooper Industries and was vice president of operations for a division of Hubbell, Inc. Elected to the Board in 2015.

Donald 'Don' Caine is a Chief Executive Officer at Camco Manufacturing. He has worked as President/Treasurer at Camco Manufacturing.

Andrew Cousin is the CEO of Circle Graphics located in Longmont, Colorado and joined the Company in 2012 after leading an investor group that acquired the business from its founder. Circle Graphics is a grand and large format digital printer that is the leading printer of billboards in the United States. In addition, Circle Graphics manufactures and sells personalized wall décor and photo gift products through multiple retail channels. Prior to Circle Graphics, he was the Chairman and CEO of Amersham Corporation, a privately held group of operating companies supplying products to the Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Device and Electronics industries. Mr. Cousin has over 25 years of experience in the acquisition and operation of businesses. Mr. Cousin earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
