Successful M&A experience with sale of CapRock Communications for 500MM, a PE backed company, to a public company for a 4x return. During tenure, drove EBITDA expansion, global growth and efficiencies and lead 400MM acquisition and carve out of European communications company. As divisional president managed P&L responsibility for 600MM business operating in over 40 countries.
