Janice Lane, LMSW, ACADCJanice Lane has been with CFI for eighteen years. In her current position as CEO she provides oversight of agency programs, general policy formulation, planning and guidance on treatment methodology. She has been a long time advocate of services for children and families and is currently focusing on disproportionality issues. Prior to her role as CEO, Lane oversaw CFI’s 18 programs as the COO, a position which she held for eight years.
