Responsibilities of a Diesel Service Technician
The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties:
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agriculture equipment and systems.

Purpose of Your Position
The
Medication Aide
assists in administering medications to residents as prescribed by the attending physician, under the supervision of a licensed nurse and in coordination with the
Director of Nursing Services
. All medication administration must follow established nursing standards, facility policies, and state and federal regulations to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care.

Medication Administration
Safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications according to physician orders.
Verify the identity of each resident before administering medication or treatment.
Observe and record resident reactions and notify nursing leadership of any adverse effects.
Measure, record, and report vital signs as directed.
Ensure all medications are properly labeled, stored, and handled according to facility policy.
Document refusals of medication and provide appropriate follow-up.
Assist in charting, documentation, and removal of discontinued medications.
Follow proper procedures for drug receipt, return, re-ordering, and destruction.
Report and document drug receipt errors and assist with correction.
Monitor and document resident self-administration of medications as directed.
Maintain familiarity with medical abbreviations, symbols, and terminology related to medication administration.

EMS Skills Lab Trainer

The EMS (Emergency Medical Services) Skills Lab Trainer supports the Primary Instructor with hands-on learning by providing assistance with practical scenario evaluations and ensuring students master critical pre-hospital care skills through demonstration and practice. Additionally, the EMS Skills Lab Trainer assists with the logistical maintenance of the lab, including setup, clean-up, and restocking of essential training equipment for a safe, effective, and well-organized training environment.
This is an as-needed, casual position and requires Saturday availability (generally 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) at the Chadron campus.

Position Summary
The Drug and Alcohol Abuse Counselor plays a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of Job Corps students. This position provides counseling, education, and intervention services to help students overcome substance abuse challenges, develop coping strategies, and maintain a drug- and alcohol-free lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions addressing substance abuse prevention, recovery, and life skills
Assess students' needs through screenings, intake interviews, and ongoing evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with Job Corps guidelines
Provide crisis intervention and referrals to external treatment resources when necessary
Collaborate with center staff, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure holistic student support
Facilitate educational workshops on substance abuse awareness, prevention, and healthy decision-making
Maintain accurate, confidential case records and progress reports
Support center initiatives to promote a safe, drug-free environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Master's preferred)
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or equivalent certification in Nebraska
Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance abuse counseling, preferably with adolescents or young adults
Strong knowledge of counseling techniques, recovery models, and community resources
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, student-centered environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in educational or residential program settings
Familiarity with Job Corps policies and federal guidelines
Bilingual abilities are a plus
