It also offers grain, seed, petroleum, and feed products. Heartland Co-Op, Inc. was formerly known as Alleman Cooperative Co. and changed its name to Heartland Co-Op, Inc. in 1993. The company was incorporated in 1907 and is based in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Pros of working at Heartland Co-op

The employees are all down to earth and the management, while they have high expectations, allows the employees to be empowered to make the right decisions.

It's a dusty environment, but dealing with grain, it is what it is.

Heartland Co-op benefits

They have ABC & UBG retirement programs and while other Co-ops in the State of Iowa have stopped contributing, Heartland remains steadfast with employer contributions for their employee's retirement. This is huge for those who know what rule of 85 is. HUGE Benefit!
