Overview
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware so that it can be put through the dish or pot machine properly. Quickly wash all ware and replace in storage areas as designated.
* Physical strength and stamina are essential to this position due to the high activity level.
* Keep dish machine properly cleaned and filled with water per hotel standards.
* Operate burnishing machine to ensure proper finish on silverware.
* De-tarnish and polish silver for proper appearance.
* Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely so cooks can carry out their work.
* Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
* Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same in order to complement guest experience.

The Executive Meeting Manager brings to bear their organizational and detailing skills to identify and implement profitable execution of all groups. Overview
The Hotel Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees training and engagement, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. Interview all prospective final candidates for any vacant operational management position within the hotel prior to any offer being extended.
Perform all department manager performance appraisals according to Highgate Hotel S.O.P.'s, and ensure that managers are in compliance to the standards in their administration of performance appraisals to their staff.
Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all management personnel according to Highgate Hotel S.O.P.'s and ensure that managers are in compliance to the standards in their administration of counseling and disciplinary steps.
Perform any other duties as requested by the Vice President of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, General Manager.

Overview

Job Overview

* Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers.
