Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, this role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and quality of Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessments by reviewing for regulatory and policy adherence. The individual in this role provides clinical staff with guidance on documentation, utilization, and patient care decisions to support optimal clinical and operational outcomes. They review visit utilization for care appropriateness and collaborate with clinicians on necessary modifications, reporting any potential over or underutilization to leadership. The role requires timely completion of workflows in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and flexibility to meet agency needs.
Collaboration with teams is key to identifying trends and developing action plans to address them. Participation in quality and performance improvement initiatives is expected, along with supporting the agency's compliance with data submission requirements for regulatory and payor standards.
Key areas of responsibilities:
Reviews OASIS assessments for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance, providing recommendations to ensure quality and reliability.
Guides staff on clinical, documentation, and utilization decisions to improve OASIS accuracy and care quality, recommending cost-effective corrections that support clinical and operational goals.
Reviews visit utilization for appropriate patient care, collaborates and consults clinicians on needed adjustments, and reports utilization concerns and financial risks to the clinical manager. Ensures timely completion of HCHB workflows and maintains a flexible schedule to support agency needs.
Collaborates to identify documentation trends, supports improvement planning, participates in quality initiatives, and helps ensure compliance and accurate data submissions across all settings.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs safe respiratory therapy modalities as ordered by physician, developing a plan of care based on assessment data and standards of care, identifying needs for alternative action in the plan of treatment and involves the multi-disciplinary team in revisions to plan of care. Sets up, maintains and monitors mechanical ventilation according to policy and procedure. Administers medications demonstrating thorough knowledge of policy and procedure. Assembles, selects, operates, and cleans respiratory equipment for proper and appropriate function. This includes but is not limited to mechanical ventilators, BIPAP/CPAP and High Flow systems, oxygen delivery devices and oxygen analyzers, manual resuscitators, and suctioning equipment. Performs tracheal, endotracheal, and nasopharyngeal suctioning including the instillation of pharmacologic agents according to policy and procedure. Draws blood gases and runs samples through the iStat point of care device to process results, all following policy and procedure. Interprets arterial blood gas and oximetry results and reports critical values to the ordering provider. Differentiates between patient and equipment problems and intervenes appropriately. Documents and communicates all patient therapies including concerns during shift.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

We are seeking a highly skilled Level II IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support across a busy Work/Entertainment Campus and Studio environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and basic MacOS systems, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting users across a large, fast-paced environment.
This role will require frequent outdoor walking between buildings and studios while providing prompt, professional IT support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Windows 10 and MacOS environments.
Provide hands-on support for desktop and laptop systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Configure and troubleshoot smartphones and mobile devices.
Set up new users with fully functional desktop equipment, ensuring proper access to applications, software suites, and domain resources.
Interface directly with studio and campus users to deliver high-quality, customer-focused support.
Track, manage, and close service tickets using ServiceNow.
Report issues, challenges, or roadblocks promptly to the Manager.
Work independently and professionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting both Windows 10 and MacOS environments (required).
Strong hands-on ability to diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop issues.
Experience with smartphone configuration and troubleshooting.
Professional, mature, and reliable work style; able to work independently/unsupervised.
Friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
Comfortable with frequent outdoor walking across a large campus or studio lot.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems (preferred).

The base range for this contract position is $22 - $32 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
