Duties may include notifying management of the need for repairs and safety issues. Taking pride and ownership of your duties and or areas are crucial to success. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES * General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition * Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas. * Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. * Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers. * Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. * Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors. * Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas. * Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications. * Identify and report all safety equipment maintenance issues. * Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. * Complete necessary trainings as required. * Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
