How you will make an impact Oversee the dining front entrance and lobby. Greet residents and guests warmly and welcomingly upon their arrival. Provide the appropriate number of menus when escorting guests to their tables. Communicate effectively with guests, manage crowds, and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting for their table. Answer the phone professionally and follow up on requests. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen. Assist in training the wait staff.
