Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant. Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience. Transfer to-go orders, if applicable. Maintains restrooms throughout shift as well as any necessary routine cleaning. Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently. Requirements Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others. High School Diploma/GED Equivalent. ServSafe Certification if applicable by state requirements. Food server/hospitality experience required . Bar Card preferred if applicable to state requirements. Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment and prepare food which meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards. Knowledge of a POS system preferred Able to be flexible and work a variety of shifts including holidays, weekends and for pre-planned special events. .
