The Windy City Storm, in partnership with TPH, is seeking a dynamic, proven leader to take on the combined role of Director of Youth Hockey Programs (8U-12U) and Head Coach of a Storm Tier I Youth Team. As the Director of Youth Hockey Programs, you will be the visionary architect for the entire 8U through 12U system. Your mission is to ensure quality, consistency, and a best-in-class family experience across all Storm youth teams. This involves serving as the primary lead for quality control, developing and managing a unified, progressive curriculum, and overseeing the hiring, mentoring, and development of all youth coaching staff. Furthermore, you will manage programming logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring a positive, valuable, and transparent experience for all student-athletes and their families, ensuring the Storm mission is executed at every level. Simultaneously, you will step behind the bench as the Head Coach of a Storm Tier I Youth Team, directly implementing the TPH development model and leading players both on and off the ice. Your responsibilities will include executing detailed practice plans, formulating advanced team concepts, leading video sessions, liaising with Academy coaches to ensure comprehensive player growth, and of course, recruiting quality hockey players. KE Camps is the leading provider of summer camps for country clubs nationwide. We partner with over 230 private clubs all over the country to implement traditional-style day camps for elementary-aged children. As an Assistant Director, you will be an active participant in all camp activities and will assist your Camp Director with a variety of daily tasks, all with the goal of creating a memorable and meaningful camp experience for your campers.
