Prior to establishing Investment Consulting Group in 1990, Mr.
In 1994 ICG listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE:ICP) and began managing funds on behalf of third party investors for the first time.
AUM reached a milestone €1bn in 2000 and the first Asian office in Hong Kong was opened the following year.
In the same year the company closed its US$1bn Intermediate Capital Asia Pacific Fund 2008, double the size of its first Asia Pacific fund.
Ross started with Investment Consulting Group in 2009.
ICG’s first senior direct lending strategy, a new asset class for investors, closed at €1.7bn in 2014, creating one of the company's future flagship strategies.
In 2016 Kevin Parry was appointed ICG Chairman and Benoît Durteste became Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer as Christophe Evain retired.
Vijay Bharadia was appointed Chief Finance and Operating Officer in 2019 and an Executive Director, replacing Philip Keller who retired after 13 years.
