Nancy Fitzgerald is an award-winning executive within the automotive finance industry. As CEO, Nancy leads iLendingDIRECT’s executive team and drives the company’s strategic vision and business plan. She also fosters relationships and develops partnerships with national financial companies to help provide their customers with exceptional financial services. Nancy has been awarded the Auto Remarketing Women in Remarketing Award (2016), the Insights Success Magazine’s 30 Most Influential Women in Business (2016), and the Top 25 Most Powerful Women In Business by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce (2020).

Kostya Gradushy leads the data department and is responsible for building and communicating data-driven insights that allow company executives and management to make more informed decisions. Prior to joining iLendingDIRECT, he worked as a VP of Strategic Analysis at Computershare, where he was responsible for leading the Strategic Analysis team and implementing reporting and analytics solutions, including collections strategy, predictive models, and revenue models. Overall he spent 15 years in the mortgage industry in the analytics capacity working for such companies as Clayton Holdings, Black Knight Financial Services, and Computershare.

I am a seasoned, ambitious executive with a record of more than 20-years of achievement developing and directing strategic business initiatives in ever-changing, dynamic environments. Renee Brown has been a marketing leader in financial services for many years, serving in numerous leadership roles at Wachovia and Wells Fargo for 20 years. Her experience includes B2B, Branding, Investments, Social Media and Community Bank Marketing leadership roles. She has served as the Chief Marketing Officer of TIAA Retail and most recently led marketing for Optum Care, a $24B division on United Health Group. Renee has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Lousiana State University as well as a Diversity Certificate from Cornell. She has served on numerous boards including the American Red Cross, Out and Equal Workplace Advocates, and most recently was the Chair of the Board of Trustees at Davidson Day School.

Stephanie Meinerz is a COO at iLendingDirect and is based in Englewood, Colorado. She has experience at Colorado Equine Specialist LLC and Navigant Consulting Inc.. Stephanie attended Minot State Univeristy and University of Denver.
