Implement de-escalation strategies to reduce and prevent harmful behaviors during crisis situations. Closely work with the behavior analyst, other members of the treatment team, and facility staff to coordinate crisis management approaches and ensure consistency in behavior support strategies. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of observations, interventions, and outcomes related to skill acquisition, crisis incidents, and individual care. Maintain open communication channels with nursing staff, individuals, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and effective crisis resolution. Address any personnel issues to promote a productive and supportive work environment.
