Feeding strict diets to dogs and cats, washing bedding and other laundry, washing dishes, walking dogs, closely monitoring each animal's eating, behavior habits, cleaning and sanitation of facility, picking up or taking pets to LAX airport for their flights. Driver Hours vary - Must have proficient computer skills, be able to multitask, and have some prior customer service skills. Must be able to drive company van to take pets to and from the airport to check pets into cargo flights. This role involves direct care, advocacy, and skill-building in a respectful and person-centered manner. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will help individuals live more independently and participate actively in their communities. Key Responsibilities: Support individuals in community integration, recreational activities, and social engagement. Document daily activities, progress notes, and incidents accurately and timely. Encourage and support individuals in achieving personal goals and independence. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members. Uphold the rights, dignity, and confidentiality of all individuals served.
