Job Description The Site Attendant plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients. This position is responsible for enforcing facility rules, assisting with client needs, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the site. Duties include regular sanitation of high-touch areas, general cleaning of the facility, and following health and safety protocols. The Site Attendant also supports client intakes and discharges, performs routine room checks, and responds to immediate client or facility concerns. By maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care, the Site Attendant helps promote the health, safety, and well-being of all residents. The starting pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for $1.00 swing shift differential and $2.00 graveyard shift differential. Responsibilities Client Care & Support Assist with client intakes and outtakes by preparing client bed area and ensuring bedding and surrounding areas are clean and ready prior to client arrival. Maintain daily transportation logs, noting mileage, trip purposes, and any issues during transit. Clean and sanitize high-touch areas in vehicles (steering wheel, seatbelts, door handles, gear shift, dashboard) before and after each use.
