Work with outside vendors for product-specific support. Maintain and troubleshoot file sharing systems for use with external users and organizations. Hardware & Software Management Image, configure, and set up desktop and laptop computers and associated peripherals at employee workstations. Requirements 1+ year of equivalent work experience in an IT support role or active enrollment in a relevant degree program. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices. Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office 365. Excellent interpersonal communications skills. Preferred Qualifications Possesses talents and strengths in communication, conflict resolution, user education, problem solving, and self-education that allows them to excel in developing and maintaining strong relationships with staff and team members. Working knowledge of modern enterprise computer hardware and software. Ability to lift and carry devices and equipment of varying sizes and weights. One to two years of experience in a relevant industry role or two years of active enrollment in a relevant degree or certification program is preferred but not required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field of study is preferred but not required. Relevant industry certifications are beneficial but not required.
