Our current imaging volume is 750k imaging studies per year across six hospitals.
We will be launching our own cloud-based AI-supported PACS in early 2026 that will sit on top of the hospitals' PACS. The hospital system's PACS will remain the system of record. This PACS Admin will lead the implementation of this project.
Prior experience with PACS conversions, third-party interfaces, and HL7 interfaces is preferred. While all qualified candidates will be considered, preference will be given to applicants living locally in southeast Florida.
Position Summary
The PACS and IT Administrator is responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and optimization of picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), imaging modalities, and associated hardware/software infrastructure. This role ensures seamless imaging workflows, supports clinical efficiency, and manages upgrades, deployments, and integrations-including new PACS installations-as our practice expands.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

At least five years of experience delivering or coordinating IT projects using Agile or blended methodologies.

Proficiency with Agile project or portfolio management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com).
Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills, with experience engaging both business and technical audiences.
