Collaborate with construction, engineering, procurement, material management and project management teams to gather and validate requirements. Solution Design & Implementation: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT systems (e.g., ERP, project management tools, construction management software). Work with multiple stakeholders and vendors to design, test, and implement IT solutions tailored to construction processes. Subject matter expert on construction applications either in-house built or third-party applications (Hexagon, AVEVA etc.) Project Support: Support the rollout of digital tools and platforms across construction sites. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between IT and construction teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Essential Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 15+ years of experience in the EPCI or construction industry. Strong understanding of fundamentals of industry best practices, construction project lifecycle and EPCI workflows. Good understanding of piping, structural and civil construction work process Experience with construction management software - AVEVA and/or Hexagon tools (SPC/SPF/SPx knowledge) or similar Preferable to have knowledge on different development tools like Visual Studio, SQL, Git Repository etc Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of fundamentals of industry best practices Preferred Experience Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and digital twin technologies.
