Power Systems is the Rolls-Royce business which provides world-class power solutions and complete life-cycle support under our product and solution brand mtu. The IT Intern will support the local IT Department with various IT tasks and special projects. This temporary assignment provides hands-on experience across all aspects of IT support. Responsibilities include assisting with computer setup, IT onboarding, projects, reporting, and general IT support.
What you'll be doing:
Observing all areas of IT Help Desk
Be introduced to the various software systems used within the department
Becoming familiar with and supporting Rolls-Royce and mtu on-site energy IT processes
Assisting with IT help desk tickets as well as answering employee inquiries regarding computer IT issues
