Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - JLL What this job involves: This position is responsible for operating, inspecting, and performing preventive maintenance on all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple facilities. The Mobile Engineer ensures buildings operate at maximum capacity and life expectancy while maintaining energy efficiency, safety standards, and minimal downtime. This hands-on role requires proactive maintenance, emergency response capabilities, and detailed record-keeping to preserve facility assets and ensure optimal client occupancy conditions.
