Responsibilities:

Machine Validation:
Execute comprehensive validation test plans for machinery, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.
Conduct functional and performance testing to verify that machines meet specified design and performance criteria.

Document and maintain detailed validation reports and documentation.
Acceptance Testing
Lead customers through factory and site acceptance tests to assure acceptance criteria are met, documented, and punch list items are collected then communicated to the project manager.
Support and coordinate timely resolution of punch list items to achieve acceptance to ship the system and final acceptance at the customer's site.
Installation and Commissioning:
Travel to customer locations and lead the installation and commissioning of machines, ensuring proper integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
Provide technical support during the installation phase, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborate with the Machine Installation Coordinator, customers, and other stakeholders to coordinate and maintain installation schedules, budgets, and logistics.
Training
Conducts customer training on machine operation, maintenance procedures, and application development.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
Develop deep understand of our surface treatment processes key process controls and application development knowledge.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and adhere to quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of machine performance and reliability.
Participate in design reviews to provide input on potential issues related to validation and installation and identify product or process improvements.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for installation procedures, troubleshooting guides, and validation protocols.
Work closely with the documentation team to contribute to user manuals and technical documentation.

What will you be doing?
As a Field Technician, you will be representing DISH in customers' homes daily. We build our value by simplifying lives and using the DISH install to consult homeowners on their infinite smart home possibilities.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
All technicians must have:
Aptitude to build rapport quickly. We want you to have a great time servicing our clients
Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions
Ability to lift over 70 lbs
A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standard
Travel may be required
Salary Range
Compensation: $18.75/Hour

Job Description
Deliver and Install major household appliances to customer's homes (Laundry, Kitchen, Cooking and Refrigeration)
Load and unload appliances into trucks
Connect water and gas lines and check for leaks.
Dismantle and reassemble appliance.
Instruct customers on how to operate the appliance properly.
General Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service and customer care during the delivery and installation of appliances in customers' home.
Assist in unloading and unboxing merchandise.
Deliver new product, move/remove old appliances.
Disconnect and reconnect appliance(s). Ensure all gas and water lines are connected properly.
Observe and test operation of appliance following installation, make initial installation adjustments, as necessary.
Instruct customers regarding operation and care of appliance.
Protect customer's home while working by cleaning work area of all debris.
Maintain professional appearance.
Legibly complete all necessary paperwork
Maintain stock of parts used in on-site installation.
Perform daily safety check on work vehicle(s).
Coordinate with sales and service departments to share information across the organization.
Able to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines.
Demonstrate cooperative behavior with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
Abide by CDC guidelines for in home delivery

Education: Training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience
