In addition to providing startup and warranty support to our construction group, this technician will also support our end-user clients through scheduled maintenance, equipment repair, and equipment replacement projects. Work start and end time: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion) Primary Job Functions: Performs electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure peak performance Perform specific scheduled maintenance tasks per the scope of work. Including documenting the equipment's operational data with a designed log. Must be able to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, and must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and balance the requirements of multiple and varied duties Meet all qualifications and have all the tools required. Including the ability to demonstrate working knowledge of daily, weekly, and monthly skills noted below. Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance.
