Responsibilities:
Maintain store equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, petroleum equipment and overall facility in good working order
Troubleshoot, diagnose issues and make repairs to equipment according to established procedures to minimize parts usage.
Complete scheduled and assigned preventative maintenance of all store equipment.
Complete scheduled and assigned washing and cleaning of store's windows.
Communicate issues and provide feedback to the Facility Support Manager regarding maintenance issues, facility/equipment opportunities and outside service vendor performance.
Utilize maintenance work order system to complete repair calls, close completed calls, enter resolutions for calls and update calls according to company policies and procedures. Complete assigned work by required deadline. Respond to high priority calls according to company guidelines.
Maintain fully stocked inventory and be accountable for all aspects of assigned inventory; assist in monitoring and control of maintenance inventory. Requisition parts necessary to complete the job. Provide technical information to ordering team ensuring proper delivery and ordering of all non-stock parts.
Attend and participate in all work related meetings, scheduled inventories and training classes. Maintain all certifications as required by manufacturers and local/state/federal law.
Maintain company vehicle and adhere to all state/local/federal laws and company policies regarding operation and maintenance of company vehicle.
All other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Experience

JOB SUMMARY
The Behavioral Health Technician is accountable to the basic standard of practices as defined in the Behavioral Health Technician Performance Standards. She/He participates as a member of the patient care team following completion of the formalized orientation program and nursing tech program. The Behavioral Health Tech functions under and is responsible to the staff nurse and Director of Behavioral Health Services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Use and understand the fiber optic color code
Place both aerial and underground splice closures along with a variety of other closures common to the splicing and termination of fiber optic cables
Read and follow engineers instructions and specifications, maintain the scope of work on the project and adhere to safety procedures
Understand and adhere to customer and company timelines
Use fusion splicing machines (including a mass fusion splicing machine) and operate OTDRs and power meters
Install, repair, and test, fiber optic cables using bucket trucks or by climbing poles or ladders, or entering tunnels, trenches, or confined spaces
Proficient with hot cuts, maintenance window, CO/NOC communications with a tester/MSO technician
Able to connect and rearrange cable facilities per splice documents

Operates an aerial bucket truck

HVAC Installers provide service and support for industrial, commercial, and residential HVAC systems. $23-$28 per hour. Responsibilities:
Organizes and performs the work assigned each day

Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following company policies and manufacturer's specifications
Carry out wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment
Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering
Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings
Ensure connection of gas lines to heating equipment is properly done
Determine the right material needed for installation work if needed
Receive all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm, and load them into company vehicle
Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with both superiors and co-workers
Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
Carry out readings on machines with the full understanding of the implication of such readings
Ensure assigned company vehicle is kept clean
Perform any other duty that may be directed by management.
Requirements:
Possession of 1-3 years HVAC installation experience
Possession of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; EPA certification a plus
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Must have an honest and dependable personality
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment
Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team

Prime Robotics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Racking Installer to support the installation of the rack structurefor our Advanced Pallet Station (APS) systems. This role will initially be engaged on a temporary / contract basis for upcoming installations, with the intent to develop into a recurring part-time role as our deployment volume increases throughout the year.
This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience installing warehouse pallet rack or structural steel, who understands how to precisely position, level, plumb, and square mechanical structures in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Install and assemble warehouse rack and structural framing components per drawings and installation plans
Accurately lay out rack positions on the floor using tape, chalk line, laser, or transit
Ensure rack structures are:
Properly anchored
Level, plumb, and square
Installed to required tolerances for robotic operation
Operate forklifts and lifts to position rack components safely
Use common installation tools including:
Impact drivers and torque wrenches
Hammer drills and concrete anchors
Levels, laser levels, squares, and measuring tools
Coordinate with Prime Robotics field engineers and site personnel during installation
Identify and flag installation issues, floor conditions, or tolerance concerns early
Follow all site safety requirements and Prime Robotics installation standards
