This organization delivers full lifecycle refrigeration solutions including design, engineering, installation, and service, supporting some of the most demanding temperature-controlled environments in the country. The Piping Designer will support refrigeration design and construction teams by developing detailed 3D models, layouts, and construction-ready drawings for industrial refrigeration piping systems. This role works closely with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure designs are accurate, coordinated, and optimized for constructability and installation efficiency. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: Instructional Design & Course Development * Lead Collaborative Course Design: Partner with faculty, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop high-quality traditional and online courses aligned with university standards. * Develop and Enhance Instructional Content: Design and integrate engaging instructional materials, assessments, and technology tools that support effective teaching and learning across all formats. * Ensure Quality, Accessibility, and Compliance: Apply best practices in instructional design to create accessible, academically rigorous content that meets accreditation and credit hour standards. * Continuously Improve Courses Faculty & SME Support * Provide consultation and training to faculty and SMEs on course design strategies and redesign strategies, learning technologies, and instructional best practices with the goal of achieving identified quality assurance standards. * Lead virtual workshops, remote sessions, video trainings, and online self-paced programs to build faculty capacity in course development. * Support faculty and academic leadership in aligning course content with learning outcomes, accreditation standards, and professional organizational standards as it relates to content, design and development. Project Management & Innovation * Lead and Manage Course Development Projects: Oversee course design initiatives, ensuring alignment with university policies, and manage timelines to meet project deadlines. * Drive Course Improvements Through Data and Feedback: Use student outcome data, program metrics, and stakeholder feedback to inform content changes and instructional strategies. * Integrate AI into Instructional Design: Leverage AI tools to enhance content development, personalize learning, and improve engagement. * Promote Ethical and Practical AI Use: Develop assessments and assignments that build students' understanding of responsible AI use in academic and professional settings.     Job Description ABOUT PROGRAM: We are seeking enthusiastic applicants for our Summer Camp Technology Teacher and Assistant positions! Tech Academy teaches week-long technology classes throughout Minnesota. Ideal applicants for Teacher positions are college students/graduates with experience with elementary-age children or licensed teachers. Ideal applicants for Assistant positions are tech-savvy high school or college students or those qualified for the Lead Teacher position looking for a more relaxed role in the classroom. Many of our past employees used our positions to satisfy internship requirements. As a teacher or assistant, you will be driving to your site, typically a school or community education building. You will be responsible for bringing 2-3 plastic bins of equipment per class, which you will set up in a classroom before students arrive. You will need a vehicle to transport class equipment. Our headquarters location is in Roseville, Minnesota. Training and equipment exchange is held at our headquarters. Teachers/Assistants will be required to visit the headquarters every 1 to 3 weeks during the summer. Training and Equipment: Before teaching or assisting, teachers complete 12 hours of online training on essential camp management and leadership skills and then complete an in-house 12-hour employee orientation. We provided all the equipment and curriculum needed to teach classes.
