About the Role:
This is a position within the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) hypersonic weapon system program that directly supports critical weapons fielding support for the nation. In this role you will be tasked with GN&C analysis, modelling and simulation work associated with advance hypersonic missile weapon design while supporting NGC Test Bed Hardware testing for CPS test flight and deployment campaigns

* Responsible for circuit design, layout quality, electrical and timing analysis, and reliability checks.
* Interface with cross-functional teams like RTL, Verification and Physical Design.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
* Strong hands-on experience in analog/mixed signal circuits for memory interface PHY (DDR 5/6, LPDDR 5/6 and GDDR6/7) or serial links (SerDes, PCIE), such as, Transmitter, Receiver (with CTLE, VGA, DFE), DLL, PI and clock distribution.
* Knowledge of LDO and Ultra-Fast Transient Regulators is a plus.
* Python, Ocean scripting, Tcl scripting is a plus
* Good technical knowledge of power-performance trade-offs in the designs.
* Direct experience in all phases of design analysis including functional, timing and electrical sign-off
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Document all design work with review materials and detailed design descriptions.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of MS in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in high-speed serial links and deep knowledge of analog CMOS/BiCMOS designs in deep sub-micron process technologies.
• Hands-on circuit design experience of SerDes blocks like Equalizers, PLL, Phase-Interpolators, CDR, etc. for 28Gbps+ data rates.
• Experience with design of inductors, transmission line, Trans-Impedance Amplifiers (TIA) and modulator drivers.
• Experience with design of precision analog circuits like ADC/DACs.
• Experience with designing PAM4/NRZ links.
• Experience with Mixed signal design flow
• Experience with full-chip designs, ESDs and verification flows.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Optical communications.
• Experience with 400G/800G/1.6T optical links.
