Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to animal patients while following AAHA-level medical standards.
Anesthesia Monitoring & Maintenance: Oversee anesthesia administration and monitoring during surgical & dental procedures with confidence, accuracy, and adherence to strict safety protocols.
Client Communication: Educate clients on preventative care, and pre & post-operative instructions, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in their pet's medical care.
Schedule: This is a flexible position, open to full time or part time. NO OVERNIGHTS OR ON-CALLS.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Control the daily operation of all mechanical equipment in the physical plant and buildings
Perform maintenance and repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture and Control systems for the facility to keep these systems up to applicable standards
Monitors and Maintains responsibility for tenant services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance, and technical proficiency
Monitor's operation and maintains refrigeration, water cooling and air conditioning equipment, boilers, heating, ventilating and hot water equipment, pumps, valves, piping and filters, other mechanical and electrical equipment
Performs and/or completes all tenant service requests accurately and expediently.
Performs preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
Monitors the quality of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.

JOB DESCRIPTION And RESPONSIBILITIES
RTG seeks an Associate in Healthcare Real Estate Advisory Services to join its talented team of professionals serving the healthcare real estate industry. The Associate will provide project leadership for various client engagements involving Strategic Real Estate Planning initiatives, Portfolio Optimization & Monetization, Project Feasibility / Financing / Development, Financial Modeling and Advisory, and Real Estate Transactions / Fair Market Value Analyses. The Associate will report directly to the Regional Vice President and indirectly to the appropriate client service executive (depending on engagement) with shared responsibility for service line profitability.
Specific Responsibilities Include
General business development efforts across service lines, including development and maintenance of industry contacts and relationships.
Provides reviewed technical advice and client deliverables.
Serve in appropriate engagement management roles.
Oversee analysts' work on specific engagements including responsibility for quality control and staff development.

Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Healthcare, Accounting or Engineering
Master of Business Administration preferred but not required
Minimum 3-5 years of real estate experience
Active Tennessee real estate license required
Relevant designation / accreditation such as CCIM preferred

Office Leadership & Operations

Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary action when needed.
Share on-call rotation with office leadership.
Oversee administrative workflow and follow-through, including payroll notes, shift verification, and operations updates.
Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with Cornerstone policies and state requirements.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding steps, and staff oversight to support office growth.
Client Care & Quality Assurance
Oversee scheduling operations to ensure timely coverage and an excellent client experience.
Respond to client escalations with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
Conduct check-up calls, quality visits, and client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and care continuity.
Ensure state-required supervisory visits are completed (as applicable).
Serve as a backup for client assessments when the Operating Director is unavailable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required, high school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
Leadership experience within the healthcare or home care industry.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting needs throughout the day.
Other Requirements
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
High proficiency with technology, especially Google Workspace.
High attention to detail and exceptional follow-through skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
