This role focuses on Customizations, Reports, Integrations, and Modifications (CRIM) that extend the functionality of IFS applications and ensure accurate, synchronized master data across systems. The CRIM Developer designs, configures, and maintains mapping effects to support data harmonization across enterprise applications. Working as part of the Professional Services team, the developer collaborates with clients, solution architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions that enhance the IFS environment. NOTE: This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national Security based export control requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy CRIM solutions-including IFS customizations, reports, integrations, and modifications-aligned with client requirements and best practices. Configure and optimize mapping effects to support master data synchronization across IFS and connected systems. Analyze client data models, identify integration points, and develop mapping logic that aligns IFS data structures with domains (e.g., Customer, Supplier, Item, Site). Develop and test IFS integrations using APIs, IFS Connect, or middleware (Azure Data Factory, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.). Create and maintain custom reports and data extracts for client-specific operational and analytical needs. Collaborate with solution architects and data teams to ensure CRIM deliverables meet functional, performance, and data quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve mapping, transformation, and synchronization issues across IFS environments. Participate in data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and validation of master data. Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration specifications, and reusable templates for future client projects. Support testing, deployment, and client acceptance of CRIM configurations. Provide post-implementation support, training, and knowledge transfer to client technical teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience delivering IFS CRIM solutions (Customizations, Reports, Integrations, and Modifications) in a Professional Services or consulting environment. Strong understanding of IFS Cloud architecture, data structures, and APIs (IFS Connect, RESTful APIs, IALs). Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for integration and transformation logic. Experience with ETL or middleware tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica). Solid grasp of data modeling, entity relationships, and master data management principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and translate technical concepts into business value. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications across multiple data domains. Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks. Experience with IFS Lobbies, Custom Events, and Custom Objects. Familiarity with Agile project methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation. Certification or advanced training in IFS Cloud. Experience in multi-system environments involving ERP, CRM, and MDM platforms.
