The Asphalt Plant Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the asphalt plant while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental regulations. This role involves managing a plant crew of 3 - 5 to ensure the cost effective and efficient production of hot mix asphalt, maintaining plant and support equipment, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring quality control requirements are met at the plant. The foreman participates in scheduling communication between TJ Campbell order/dispatch and the internal and external customer contacts.
