Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical components for small cell nodes, including power meters, surge protectors, disconnect switches, and grounding systems.
Perform wiring on utility poles, streetlights, and strand-mounted nodes as per design specifications.
Ensure proper weatherproofing, grounding, and RF safety compliance during installation.
Coordinate with fiber and RF engineering teams for integrated node deployment.
Conduct site inspections and verify adherence to electrical codes and company standards.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and compliance checks.
Follow all OSHA and FCC RF safety guidelines during operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical work preferred.
JourneymanElectrician license or equivalent experience in telecommunications electrical systems.
Familiarity with small cell technology, LTE/5G infrastructure, and power distribution.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and construction drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Maintain electrical equipment to meet regulatory codes at the county, state and federal levels.
