Trouble shoot relay logic & PLC controlled equipment. Maintain compliance with all OSHA, Hillard electric, and customer safety requirements and company policies. Performs wire and cable pulls. Install feeders and makes standard motor connections. Participate in safety talk, audits, and related safety activities. Immediately identify, correct, and/or report unsafe acts, conditions or incidents. Work with Utility Providers. Participate in CPR, First aid, and OHSA 10- hour training. Job Qualifications: Possesses an active Electrical Journeyman's license. (5 Years Min.) Strong knowledge of the most recent National Electric Code. Electrical trouble shooting skills - Motors, control systems, lighting, High and low voltage. Strong problem-solving thought process. Skilled at reading, understanding, and following blueprints and electrical schematics. Mechanical/technical aptitude and a passion for teaching others in this area. Ability to informally lead others, including directing work and coaching for improvement. Demonstrate a focus on safety, quality, customer service and goal attainment. Operates with honesty and integrity. Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently even under pressure. Solid planning, organizing, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
