Kris A. Canekeratne, one of our co-founders, has served as chairman of our board of directors from our inception and chief executive officer from 1996 to 1997 and from 2000 to the present. As Chief Executive Officer, he plays a key role in defining the company strategy and using technology and innovation continuously to maintain its leadership in the industry. In 1997, Kris Canekeratne co-founded eDocs, Inc., a provider of electronic account management and customer care, later acquired by Oracle Corporation. In 1989, Kris Canekeratne was one of the founding team members of INSCI Corporation, a supplier of digital document repositories and integrated output management products and services and served as its senior vice president from 1992 to 1996. Canekeratne obtained his B.S. in Computer Science from Syracuse University.

Siby Vadakekkara is the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Marlabs, a NextGen Digital Technology Solutions company based out of New Jersey. Siby’s vision and leadership led Marlabs to grow into a 125 million organization in a short span of time. Siby is Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and also the sole inductee in the (Inc. Magazine’s) Inc. 500 Hall of Fame for making it to the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing private companies in the US. He is also ranked among outstanding 50 Asian Americans in business along with the “Best Boss” award from Fortune Small Business Magazine (FSB). SIby is an alumnus of the college of engineering, Trivandrum, Texas Tech University, and Harvard business School. Siby is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a Charter Member of the Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). He is a mentor and digital advisor for Columbia’s executive master’s program in technology management.

Olaf Pietschner is Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Asia Pacific Management Board. Olaf joined the Capgemini Group in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer in Australia and New Zealand. In his role as CEO, he leads its transformation and growth and is responsible for driving customer success, value, and innovation. Olaf is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. Under his leadership, Capgemini Australia and New Zealand were recognised as the Top 3 Australia's best employers for LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer) inclusion and a Gold Employer for its efforts at the Australian LGBTQ Inclusion Awards. From 2002 to 2004, Olaf was with Capgemini Central Europe, where he was responsible for complex and large transformation engagements. He has over 25 years of experience in consulting and digital transformation, including executive roles at Origin Energy, NewsCorp, and Deloitte in Australia. Olaf holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Verwaltungs und Wirtschaftsakademie in Bochum, Germany, and has completed an Executive Leadership Program with the MIT Sloan School of Management.
