What I loved about my previous job was being out in the field, meeting clients and coming up with creative strategies to boost sales and promote our products. Building strong relationships with business owners and staff was incredibly rewarding, as their knowledge and support played a crucial role in our overall success. Despite any initial challenges, I remained positive and sought collaboration, and in the end, our team, along with higher management, united to dominate the market share of our industry through hard work and dedication.
That is so far away in Alaska, and I don't want to move back up there, but would love to work that job. I truly loved it!
Every Friday we had a wine/beer/spirits training and tasting where we would get a chance to socialize with staff and learn about the products in a fun way.
