Full cycle recruiting for Director and Assistant Director level positions. Partner with Talent Advisor to identify hiring needs within assigned region and develop a recruitment plan to fill management openings. Manage metrics expectation of time to fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction. Administer candidate assessments in partnership with other HR support leaders to ensure hiring managers understand the candidates potential strengths and opportunities. Develop recruiting materials/copy for job boards, classified ads, flyers, etc. as needed to update, refresh and continue to evolve the employment brand and attract talent. Identify alternate job boards, on-line tools, associations and other recruitment avenues to source appropriate candidates. Develop creative recruitment strategies for tough to fill markets/positions including cold calling, social media, networking and other proactive recruiting strategies. Ensure that all required documentation is collected and noted in the ATS as well as collect and prepare any documentation required for licensing and LCG compliance purposes. May occasionally attend career fairs, conferences, college events as needed for recruiting and employment branding purposes. Assist with creating recruiting tools, process improvements and other special projects that improve recruiting efforts for all company positions including school staff level positions. Assist the schools and franchisees in developing recruitment plans, career fairs, alternative sourcing strategies, etc. as needed. Participate in training for hiring managers on interviewing, sourcing, company recruiting process, etc. through webinars, Director Academy and other formal and ad hoc training. Assists with other duties as directed by supervisor. Minimum Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration strongly preferred but not required. Some college required. Minimum 2 years of human resources or recruiting experience required. Alternatively minimum 5 years of strong operational experience at a management level with demonstrated human resource experience at the field level (recruiting and employee relations experience where no HR person was on-site.) Maintain accurate and timely tracking of HR actions and ER activity in case-management systems (ServiceNow, EthicsPoint). Partner with Compensation on salary adjustments, market analysis, and compensation business case review. Strategic Planning & Performance Management Support the Senior Director of Procurement and SVP of Strategic Growth/Real Estate in building a multi-year Facilities Optimization Plan aligned to corporate goals and capital strategy. Identify cost reduction opportunities that maintain or improve quality. Track and report on performance metrics related to spend, service times, quality, and field satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of experience in multi-site facilities management, construction coordination, and/or vendor operations.
