MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH FILING DOCUMENTS AT THE DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS, NH DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, SUPERIOR AND DISTRICT COURTS. POSITION REQUIRES PARALEGAL TO INTERACT WITH SPANISH SPEAKING CLIENTS, INSURANCE COMPANIES AND COURTS, REQUESTING MEDICAL RECORDS FROM ENTITIES AND FILING PLEADINGS IN COURT AND ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES.
