Pros of working at LINE-X

Tough to think of the pros, I liked some of my coworkers.

Cons of working at LINE-X

Blair Boggs destroyed the brand and caused 200+ franchises to leave our network. It is as if he was being paid to destroy it.

What do you like best about LINE-X's CEO and the leadership team?

Blair Boggs has to go down in history as one of the worst company Presidents to have ever come along. The only metric that surpasses his hubris is his level of narcissism.

How would you improve LINE-X's culture?

Get rid of of the entire leadership team and start over. Let the franchisees buy it and run it or at minimum hire people who have experience being a LINE-X franchisee.

How did you prepare for the LINE-X interview?

I did not. They sought me.

Low

Helping a franchisee solve a problem in a way that is beneficial to them.
