He was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Information Spectrum Inc. (ISI), which was acquired by the Anteon Corporation in May of 2003. With Mark at the helm, ISI aggressively built upon its existing foundations and grew from $28 million in 1989 revenue to over $130 million in 2002 revenue with over 1,200 employees. ISI also became a leading systems integrator of card technology applications, counting among its achievements the development of the integrated card production systems in use today for production of Department of Homeland Security identification cards by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services. Outside of Zenetex, Mark enjoys spending time with his son and Cornell graduate Brian, and daughter and University of Texas graduate Danielle. He also enjoys playing golf and is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Tulane University and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. He is a member of Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and was a Washington, D.C. Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.
