Locality pay varies by duty location.Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary. Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Adhere to and follow all safety rules and regulations of MSHA / DOT and company.
• Maintain crushing and mobile equipment fleet.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles.
• Repair factory equipment and other industrial machinery, such as conveying systems, production machinery, screens, motors, and crushers.

POSITION SUMMARY

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct a team of managers fulfilling management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws such as hiring; assigning and directing work; providing training; appraising performance, rewarding, and providing corrective action when necessary; assisting in the resolution of employee issues.

Work exception reports for fuel card, oil, DEF, and other petroleum related purchases.
Work exceptions for equipment with incorrect mileage/hours and/or fuel usage.
Manage sale of used equipment, including invoicing, payment reconciliation, and customer communication.
Handle administrative tasks including travel arrangements, utilities billing, document scanning, and communication with field personnel.
Review and approve invoices for fuel, lubricants, parts, tires, and related expenses, ensuring accurate VMRS repair coding.
Distribute requests for quotes and assist with maintenance of new equipment specifications.
Reconcile and correct various accounting reports for equipment and service center accuracy.
Assist field personnel with all functions of Maintenance Management System including invoice processing, imaging, and PO creation.
Maintain records for change in equipment from road to city, as well as maintain domicile updates for all ABF asset equipment.
Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Validate and reconcile tire and parts inventories; compile, generate, and collect reports on usage and inventory of parts, tires, and fuel.
Record monthly meter readings for forklifts.
Requirements
Education:
* Associate's Degree, preferred
* Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
Experience:
* clerical experience, preferred
Computer Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Service Now software, required
Additional Requirements:
* Knowledge of equipment and maintenance in trucking operations.

Schedule: M-F Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $ 14.25 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Cleans all areas of the feed mill by performing the following duties.
* Sweeps down all floors.
* Makes sure that everything is kept clean.
* Pushes or shovels refuse down to the trash dumpsters.
* Cleans up any spills.
* Cleans the duct work.
* Takes care of the feed base.
* Cleans the outside grounds.
* Must be able to work in high places.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
