Essential Functions: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation systems supporting plastic injection molding machines. Support and maintain industrial robots, including basic programming, setup, and adjustments. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. Diagnose and resolve issues related to electromechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Perform preventive maintenance on automated equipment to ensure consistent uptime and performance. Assist with automation startups, changeovers, and process improvements. Identify root causes of automation and machine failures and recommend corrective actions. Ensure automation systems meet safety, quality, and production standards. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system changes as required.
