Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Brand Manager to support the day-to-day marketing operations for Solaray, the #1 health food store supplement brand. This role will help ensure flawless execution across content development, campaign delivery, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
Support the creation, review, and execution of marketing content across paid social, email, and in-store.
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure marketing programs stay on track and are flawlessly executed.
Day-to-day management of timelines and deliverables to make sure projects stay on track.
Compile performance reports, competitive analysis, and dashboards to share insights with the brand and leadership teams.
Assist in post-campaign analysis and presentation of learnings.
Maintain brand asset libraries and internal communication between the brand team and cross functional team members.
Monitor trend and competitive activity to help the team stay ahead of the fast-paced supplement marketplace.

Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
1 - 3 years of Brand Management or Social Media Management experience.
Experience using social media platforms including, but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
Strong project management skills and commitment to executional excellence.
Self-motivated, positive, and passionate.
Ability to work with internal and external cross-functional teams to accomplish various tasks.
Strong experience using MS Office Suite including, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
Excellent written and verbal skills.

As the

Event Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns for each event, including pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event nurture Create event-specific communication plans to drive attendance and booth traffic Partner with content and creative teams to develop compelling event messaging, booth experiences, and promotional materials, as needed Coordinate with digital marketing to leverage email, social media, and advertising for event promotion Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints
Execution & Operations
Manage end-to-end planning and execution of an assigned portfolio of trade shows and sponsored events Own all event logistics including on-site brand experience, venue relationships, vendor management, booth registration, and procurement of services (electricity, internet, carpet, furnishings, etc.) Oversee booth set-up and on-site operations to create engaging attendee experiences Coordinate with sales teams on booth staffing, messaging, and engagement strategies Manage travel arrangements for participating staff, including transportation, accommodations, meals, and entertainment Train team members on booth operations, messaging, and lead capture best practices Work with show vendor portals and liaise directly with vendors on trade show components globally Maintain professional representation of Filevine to customers, prospects, partners, and competitors
Budget & Analytics
Manage event budgets for assigned portfolio, tracking expenses and optimizing spend Evaluate sponsorship and vendor options to maximize value while remaining within budget parameters Provide detailed post-event financial reports and analysis Track key performance metrics including leads generated, pipeline influence, customer engagement, and brand awareness Conduct thorough post-event evaluations and present findings with recommendations for continuous improvement Use data-driven insights to refine event execution and improve program effectiveness
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless event execution, working with sales, marketing, and other teams Collaborate with Event Coordinator/Specialist and fellow Event Marketing Managers to share best practices and optimize processes Drive continuous improvement by proposing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to maximize event impact Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications
* 2-5 years of experience in trade show management, or related field Proven track record of developing and executing successful event marketing strategies with measurable ROI
* Strong marketing skills with experience in campaign development, audience targeting, and integrated marketing tactics
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently, drive initiatives to completion, and implement process improvements
* Experience managing event budgets and delivering ROI analysis
* Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach to decision making

Your Impact

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
