+ Analyzes and articulates campaign effectiveness and metrics to Arrow, including but not limited to MQLs, Pipeline Value and Estimated Revenue. Proposes creative ideas to maximize the impact of campaigns and drive growth.
+ Manages and governs regional marketing campaign budget requests. Governs and approves spend of marketing budgets to regional and partner marketing plans, ensuring plans sit within global frameworks and align to business plans.

The Content Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ZLINE's content across key digital channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with the marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure content is on-brand, timely, and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Own all email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment, including list segmentation, template design, copy support, QA/testing, and ongoing performance reporting with clear takeaways and next steps.
Develop and manage content plans for ZLINE's core channels-such as YouTube, Vimeo, our website, and additional platforms-ensuring each piece of content supports broader campaign goals and product priorities.
Coordinate content for paid advertising channels, ensuring the right assets, messaging, and formats are delivered on time for platforms like Meta, Google, and retail media networks, while partnering with the performance marketing team to optimize based on results.
Undergo product training to better understand value propositions, audience segmentation, and the nuances of our product line.
Work with Digital Marketing Managers to develop an integrated content strategy for delivering content, with frequent use of graphic design, creative copywriting, and other necessary skills required for creating and managing captivating marketing assets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred - Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or relevant degree
Proficiency required on the following systems: Microsoft Office, mac OS, Google Workspace Applications, Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency required with the following: Email Marketing Strategy, Email Marketing Platforms, Graphic Design (Adobe Suite, Canva)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for marketing copywriting in various contexts.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and a keen eye for attention to detail

Role's Responsibilities
Community Roadshow & Outreach
Execute a roadshow across Washoe County to promote the OnMed CareStation.
Set up outreach table, signage, bilingual flyers, and other assets at each stop.
Build long‑term relationships with seniors and community partners.
Collect and submit analog tracking sheets daily and weekly.
Manage bilingual and large‑print flyers, signage, posters and roadshow kits.
Maintain inventory of demo assets, table setup, banners and supplies.
In-Center Presence
Maintain frequent presence at the Washoe Senior Center.
Provide CareStation tours and demonstrations.
Reinforce awareness and trust in the CareStation.
Collect testimonial videos
Provide tours to overcome customer hesitation and “threshold paralysis.”
Social Media Management
Create and publish social media content on approved platforms.
Highlight testimonials, Champions, events and roadshow activity.
Respond to comments using compliant language.
Coordinate with OnMed Marketing on approvals and creative requests.
Post behind‑the‑scenes, educational content, event photos, and Champions.
Champion Network Development
