Vessel harvesting - open/bridging and endoscopic as well as tissue handling for vascular structures and wire skills in addition to openings and closures. Removal of medical devices: chest tubes, Swan-Ganz catheters, pacemaker wires, drains, intra-aortic balloon pumps Some common vascular surgeries include EVAR, TVAR, peripheral artery endarterectomy-carotid, iliac, femoral, peripheral artery bypasses, and AV fistula creation. Currently, approx. 100 hearts annually with opportunity to grow. Hospital and emergency department consults and inpatient rounding including ICU and step down. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a physician. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
